REF: INTERVENCIÓN CIUDADANA ANTE LA CORTE   CONSTITUCIONAL DE   COLOMBIA. Análisis de la Constitucionalidad del Decreto Legislativo 568 del 15 de abril de 2020. (Por el cual se crea el impuesto solidario por el COVID 19, dentro del Estado de Emergencia Económica, Social y Ecológica de conformidad con el Decreto 417 de 2020)

Con fundamento en el numeral 1º del artículo 242 de la Constitución Política(1991), respetuosamente y dentro del marco del control automático de constitucionalidad, presento adjunto el documento de la referencia para se sirvan analizarlo y cuyo propósito es solicitar declarar la inconstitucionalidad del Decreto mencionado en la referencia.
